Process

Four stages, no surprises.

A deliberately small process, refined over 18 years and more than 240 homes. Every project follows the same four stages, in the same order, with the same clarity.

  1. 01

    Week 0

    Consult & site visit

A no-obligation conversation, on site where possible. We listen first — to the way you use the house, the way the light moves through it, the family rhythms it has to support. By the end of the visit you have an honest read on feasibility, likely cost band and timeframe.

    • Brief & lifestyle interview
    • On-site measurement & condition notes
    • Indicative budget band
    • Council & certifier preview
  2. 02

    Weeks 2 – 8

    Design & fixed quote

We translate the brief into drawings, a material palette and a fully-itemised fixed-price quotation. You see every allowance, every product code, every margin. Nothing is hidden. Engineering, certification and council documents are coordinated by us so the build can begin cleanly.

    • Schematic & detail drawings
    • Material & fixture palette
    • Line-item fixed-price quote
    • Engineering & approvals
  3. 03

    Weeks 8+

    Build & coordination

One owner-led team manages every trade and every day on site. You receive a weekly written progress update with photos, the next-week look-ahead and any decisions required from you. The site is left clean every evening — non-negotiable.

    • Dedicated project manager
    • Weekly written reports
    • Trusted long-term trades
    • Clean-site policy
  4. 04

    Final week

    Handover & guarantee

A two-stage walk-through ensures the project is defect-free at handover. You receive the full O&M manual, warranty certificates, as-built drawings and a written workmanship guarantee. We return at 6 and 12 months to inspect and touch up — always.

    • Two-stage defect walk-through
    • Full handover documentation
    • Lifetime workmanship guarantee
    • 6 & 12-month return visits

Ready to begin?

The first conversation costs nothing, usually takes thirty minutes, and almost always saves money downstream.
